I read a really interesting article the other day that said that the hybrid cars actually have a pretty high carbon footprint, when the manufacturing process is factored into them, and that if people really wanted to lessen their carbon footprint, they'd buy older used cars for sale that are gas savers. I can believe this. My car is an older model that rivals the hybrids...
