Are you looking for used cars for sale by owner like I am? I just went to a cool site called SellMyCar.com. On the first page you enter in the make of the car and your zip code and press enter. Then the site shows you all the used cars for sale by owner your area made by the manufacturer. I found over 1000 Toyotas for sale in my area. If you click on particular used cars for sale by owner, it will allow you to get a VIN check via CarFax.com. This will give you an idea of how many owners the car has had. If you want the full report, you will have to pay for it. When I am seriously ready to buy, I will do this. If things haven't changed, the Carfax membership lasts about 3 months and is around $15.00. Believe me, it is worth it. I almost always buy used cars for sale by owner and one time I thought I would check with CarFax.com before I bought what seemed too good to be true. I found out the thing had a flood title! No thanks!
